@Rainless: LOL Caelum is too ... er, occupied to notice her, um, distracting features. XD

I do touch-ups! In Photoshop, where I put a colour filter to give pages colour.

And you can read the news about Quickening here: http://quickening.smackjeeves.com/news-archive/posts/105319/an-announcement/

@Rainless: Resurrection is my baby manga. I haven't started it yet; it's still on planning stage. I want Quickening and Skiagraphia done first before moving to Resurrection, since I consider the former as practice manga in preparation for this. It will be epic in its primary definition. I love it to pieces. In the meantime, you can read the available info in my tumblr, just click the "Resurrection" link on the sidebar :D

@archiloquy
pfffttt you had enough practice...you're so good with drawing already!~~~!!!~~~!!! ~~
I was calculating... and i estimated if you update a page per week that means a volume in 3 years...
*shakes you violently*
WHY DO YOU TORTURE ME SO!

@Rainless: Time is also a large factor here. Unlike before -- when I drew Volume 1 -- I don't exactly have large amounts of free time now. Which is sad. :(

@archiloquy
you should totally, totally get an assistant.
Seriously consider this. It's best if you get someone who is good at computer and can edit your drawings and touch them up on photo shop.So all you need is to draw.
On a side note you should get someone you know from real life.
I think it will save time~~~
But, if you do everything your self that's just very tiring.
sigh. The fans could only have mental support. I dun think it will do any practical good lol.

@Rainless: An assistant is, indeed, beneficial to a mangaka, I cannot deny that. But the time I spend on drawing takes more time than the one I spend on editing in Photoshop, so it kind of makes it moot. And, call me selfish, but I'd rather do the thing by myself because I feel like I've accomplished more that way. I mean, even if the results are vastly better with an assistant, there's a certain satisfaction with creating things all on your own. Makes me think that I can do it, and however sucky it will come out, at least I have the knowledge that I did it, and that is enough.

Besides, only a few in rl know I do comics.

I can handle it, really. I love drawing. I don't think I'll ever give up drawing. And these manga. It may be tiresome but it's worth all the exhaustion, the frustrations, the pain on my hand it gives me. It's just that I have to consider other things and try to balance them altogether. I really, truly appreciate your concern, but please understand as well. I will try my best to keep a consistent update schedule despite other commitments.

P.S. Compared with Quickening, Skiagraphia is infinitely easier and quicker to draw and update. So I have more confidence with that with regard to updates.

@archiloquy
I really wish I had your determination. It seems that I am infinitely putting off my drawings due to more important stuff in my life such as work and school.
But despite that, I promise i will not nag from now on, at least, I will try my hardest. And I will support you in anyway you need, be it encouragements or fan arts or promoting your manga.
Either ways, I am very, very happy that I have found you, of all web artists. Your drawing are so pure and clean. It must be fate. I wish you success and happiness in your work.
Thank you!
